This SFI-certified damper is constructed of billet steel for uncompromising strength and provides more material in the hub snout - (the contact surface in the snout is 2.500", where the stock Ford damper is 2.00"). These two design features combine to solve the original Ford damper breakage issues commonly encountered with these platforms.
Essential for all high torque, high performance applications
Works with the stock-design damper bolt and ignition trigger wheel
A timing mark at 26 degrees ATDC is provided for setting the Cam Positioning Sensor
